Polyamide resin co-solvent is a kind of economical and practical resin, which is developed accommodating to the market requirement. It has good stability, good solvent release, strong bending flexure, marvelous glossiness, strong adhesive power, fine gel resistance. It is also can be used in the formulation of gravure and flexographic inks and overprint lacquers.
It has good solubility in mixtures of alcohols and/or aromatic hydrocarbons.
Maleic modified rosin ester. It is esterified with ply -alcohol. Shows fast drying and shine. Counteracts with some amines when dissolved in alcoholic solvents followed by dilution in hydrotropic solution and purification in water. Used in water-based inks. Applications are intaglio printing paper inks.
